About your eyes/light issue : The problem you're describing is eye exhaustion. You indeed need to rest your eyes, by lowering the intensity of light or using a "warmer" light (more yellow/orange). Your eyes aren't damage tho. It should come back to normal once you find the light setup that suits you. Don't forget to check your screens' lights as well. Disclaimer : I'm no doctor nor expert, I'm just someone who is light sensitive and want to share what I've done to "fix" my issue.
League has to be the biggest game in the world. You could argue that GTA 6 might be "bigger" but would it ? It dropped the trailer that people waited for 10 years, hype was immeasurable and it only got 230 mil views ? And League is only a MOBA... a fkn Board game. Imagine if they made MMO.
