Just saw your replay review for the core TCG regionals, REALLY insightful for me as a new player to digimon. Ive made a few changes to the deck based on my experiences and listening to what you’ve said: - not a current change but I’m replacing my egg with kokomon come ex8, since that’s wanyamon but less conditional for this deck - keeping st shoeshoe at 4 IF my goal is to have one in security. Assuming you don’t have a single copy in hand, the chances of seeing exactly one in sec at 4 vs 3 copies go from 33 to 27. And if you start accounting for having multiples the drop is 38 to 30. Without enough promo shoes I think the math works better to play more st shoeshoe - st tobucat is doing quite a lot for me as a promo shoe substitute, jamming to chip comes in clutch imo. I feel if this deck was more reliant on the tamers (and it wasn’t at 1) the geogrey would feel better to me - ex5 etemon is feeling nice to force opps to play into my aces as the 8th lvl 5 - my lv6/7 ratio differences are 1 st cendrill, 2 shadow seraphi, 0 valk (don’t have any), 0 shine. Cherubi and ex7 cendrill are the same, liberator tag is so privileged we can cut on our main gameplan lmao. Shadow seraphi feels so powerful that I want to see it, shine I felt kinda underperformed. With the tamers I’m trying to get my puppets to just land attacks quickly, consequences be damned lol. Trying to rookie rush works out well enough as long as I keep a backup plan. Though of course against hybrids that is a little too punishing. I’m thinking once ruin mode comes out that’s the better 7. - is the specificity of lonkhe’s full value worth it? Removing 2 at a very specific threshold seems pretty unrealistic when noble family arts is there as a searchable -12k These have just been my experiences with the limited time I’ve been playing the digimon TCG after migrating from YGO, it’s mostly ratio changes because looking at this list the card choices make sense to me
Nice profile, i would recommend to take out the geogreymon. Its effect is good, but you will always prefer to build a stack with shoeshoe as a lvl 4, also, it is only searchable via your trainings, i think the flexible spot in cendrillmon deck lies in the lvl 6, we can splash all that nice aces. Like shadowseraphi, valky and cherubi which you can combo very well with ex5 etemon (which also is a puppet), nice video 😊
the Geogrey is totally a placeholder for the promo ShoeShoemon - I found the doggymon was just not getting me value - and the geogrey was a great supplement to it! I can't wait to get more promo ShoeShoemons!
I think that's a great build. I don't know about taking it to a Regionals since it won't be competitive with Tier 1 decks, but up to you and your comfort level.
I did get 173rd! higher than I expected for sure! I think if I was able to have no budget restrictions and run the extra promo shoe and shoeshoes the deck could break through the tier 1's with speed and swarm :)
What's budget about the deck? the promos are shoe and shoeshoe are expensive for what they are is there any lower budget list? playing more pawns? And what would a not budget list look like im just curious about that
The shoemon and shoeshoes are definitely the most expensive part of the deck. In a perfect world where there is no budget restriction - I would run 3 shoe and 4 shoeshoe... but that's SUPER heafty. Take the Alt Arts out and go for regular arts (I just go for the arts I like)! I also mentioned in another comment some replacements for the Cherubi Ace since I didn't realize even the regular art has gone up. But you would increase your on play pawnchessmons in place of the shoemon or use the decoy junkmon. and for the level 4s it's a bit tighter since there aren't many yellow puppet level 4s. I would max the ex7 and st shoe shoes to 4 each and run two knightChessmon or Doggymon.. but the doggymon is only on play which is a bit crummy.
I dig this list! If you do plan to take it to regionals, I would highly recommend finding a place for a couple copies of Pillomon from BT9. I expect there will be lots of LordKnightmon X decks running around, and it floods the board like crazy
I have started to on DCGO! I find the deck needs at minimum 2, but that could be because I like having 3 physical trainings. But essentially 2 scrambles and 3 physical or 3 scrambles and 2 physicals... I haven't tested with 4 yet!
Ayyy what’s the chance you’re gonna build Lucemon? Jw cause it’d be cool if ya did Also, I’ve been throwing parabolic junk in the deck, enabling some insanely cheeky plays where you can keep turn after deleting a puppet with overclock, then using the tamer to drop another puppet. It’s more fun than good, but it’s really fun😊
I DIDNT EVEN THINK OF PARABOLIC!! Wow that could be fun As for Lucemon I think I have a buddy who has a Lucemon deck! I might be able to borrow it for a deck profile!! I can also do a DCGO version if youre interested!
Deck profile is neat, would've never thought about using Wanyamon BT18 for the DP-. My only real criticism is the title of the video. "Cendrillmon on a budget" but you also include Cherubi Ace, Vortex Resonance, the Promo shoe, shoeshoe, and Arisa cards in your deck profile, which I wouldn't consider to be "budget cards".
Thanks for the feedback The budget element is the fact that I can't run the deck at it's full potential. If that makes sense? I'd be happy to explain it on discord one day if you need! But think about it from a regular art stance if that makes more sense? You can easily get the regular EX7 Arisa's for pennies. The only reason I have the alt arts is because I visually struggled to tell the difference between all 3 when I was looking at the cards. It was to a point where it was costing me a lot of my matches. So I made the decision to invest the money and get the 3 of them so I could have an easier time. But for a budget player I would recommend the regular art 100000% As for the cherubi, that's on me. I didn't realize was so high in price for the reg art before making the video! If you are looking for something of a more cheaper Ace play, you can swap it for ophani Ace or Valk Ace. Shadow Seraphi ace and burst mode ace regular art is pretty low still in price too! And the shoemon/ShoeShoemon - I want to run 3 shoeshoe and 4 shoeshoemon. But I don't have the budget to do that so I'm working with what I have. You can easily replace them with things like the etamon de-digivolve, pawnchessmon on play/reboot.! Hope this helps!

These are some good pointers!!!! Man I love how the Cendrill deck can really have so many pathways it can be played!
Your set up is so cute and colorful 🍭 also, everything is so neat 😭
Thank you!! I am trying to collect more of the alt arts, not to mention the promos to make it really competitive are so expensive 😞

Hey I followed you on tiktok as well I'm loving the Cendrillmon deck as well I'm so happy you enjoy the deck as well
Thank you!!! Cendril is definitely a deck I enjoy as much as I do Mastemon 💕

This was such a great tip! I ended up swapping out the pawnchessmons last minute for the pillomons! It helped a lot against heavy effect decks!
Have you been able to test the new yellow scrambles in the deck?
I have started to on DCGO! I find the deck needs at minimum 2, but that could be because I like having 3 physical trainings.

Agreed. Not really budget at all.

I left a bit bigger of an explanation here! hopefully this clears up some of my thought process!
Yooo let's gooo!
I kinda wanna see how this would fair against my Pteromon deck!
Casual game play when?! I wanna see this too!
@@kiriocity Name a day and a place and I'll be there! I ain't scared! My dino bird boii can take you on! lol

I have a fun plan for Digimon this week!

What bt-18 deck are you making?
I am trying (not to) build Ryugumon - It's been tempting me!
@ that deck is just so good when you get it going

@@kiriocity It's pretty cheap if you don't buy the promo Seadramons. They are really good, but not as necessary with the new Huankumon.
@@Broza-hp7ue This is very true! It could make a good budget deck without the promos. But would it sill be strong for locals?

We stomped around a lot ahah
