Kya nga nya sinabing mala- Humba, meaning hindi sya exactly the Humba recipe kundi may kaunting hawig lng sa lasa Kya don't stress out yourself by commenting negatively it's not a big deal. Actually I've been cooking this recipe long before I've seen this cooking show and it's really a Winner,my Canadian boss love this adobo so much he eat up up to the last drop of the sauce, it it best to grill until slightly browned on top before serving so it looks more enticing. For perfect boiled eggs, what I do is boil the water first then slowly drop the eggs then boil for 10 minutes, drain the water and soaked in cold water,then peel it in a bowl of water by first crack the whole egg gently then submerge in water while peeling, it's easy peeling that way.

Add the pork cubes, haluin the add toyo at adobo mix. Add paminta at laurel takpan at antaying lumambot. Ayun yapos na.....Ako nga pla si Nanay Cory Santiago, ng Laguna, Philippines.
I just tried this Kuya Vanjo but with pork loin country ribs. I marinated it overnight kaya malasa sya. Hindi na ako gumamit ng knorr pork buillion. Napansin ko lang na matamis sya kaya I added more vinegar. Thank you po sa recipe. I like it with boiled eggs.
