Same here. I use the same frying pan in cooking my eggs. My technique is to heat the pan, really hot then pour the oil. Oil should remain lukewarm. Add the eggs next not letting the oil to accumulate heat.

I'm based here in NYCity and i cook a lot of Filipino dishes for friends and also co-workers, they go crazy whenever they taste Filipino food. LOL. They love it. Some friends and colleagues say it's way too much calories but what the heck they still eat it. I tell em' we don't eat this everyday ( just do some exercises and cardio after ) but it'll soothe your soul and warm your heart. It is a delightful fusion of flavors that will take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey. From the first bite to the last, it will leave you craving for more.
