@SKP Because this label doesn't hurt its artists and allows them to grow + Bang PD is like a father to his groups and supports them wholeheartedly. He behaves friendly when he has time to even have dinner with members of the group. When you look at all the moments when Bang PD won a prize, one of the groups always went and handed him flowers and congratulated him (they often ran to him, happy like the childrens and he enjoyed it with them)
So yes, for us it is normal. Besides, the staff and the rest of the people care about artists and we trust them because often in difficult situations they helped them and sometimes they were even medical help.
Even when enhypen was recording all the trailers, the staff made sure they were warm.

Love this song! On another note...Jay is really rockin his new blonde hair & the style looks great on him too. They actually all look awesome, but in my opinion, Jay’s was just the best & most dramatic change of them all. I do like Ni-Ki in the lighter color of hair as well.

Initially it was supposed to be Heeseung the leader but since he's the center in literally everything the staff said it was better to choose someone else so Heeseung wouldn't have to carry so many things upon him. They made the guys vote between Heeseung and Jungwon and in the end, after thinking about it, Heeseung gave Jungwon the leadership. They are both awesome as leaders and even tho Jungwon is the second youngest (I don't remember exactly if he is) he's still really good as a leader and they'll work together to support each other in every situation.
There is a video on Enhypen's channel where they explain the decision.
Everyone should agree with what Sunghoon and Jake destroyed in this scene!! They are amazing! Jake's gaze and Sunghoon's deep voice impressed me deeply. Bighit knows what he's doing!
