Extraordinary set of races! Pauline is a heavier character, same stats as King Boo, Rosalina and Link.
I seee! Yeah I couldn't remember if she was meta or not lol, but that's good to know she's on par with those other 3.

Pauline is not a meta character. All the meta characters, which are Yoshi, Birdo, Peach, Daisy, and Peachette, are medium weight characters while PAuline is heavy weight. Doesn't make here a bad option, but she is not meta.
Also, motion glider isn't super viable online unless you have mushrooms. That make motion glider easier to setup and pushes it to it's full potential. I don't personally use motion at all cause I don't find it really necessary at all, but it's an interesting mechanic.
Riverside Park is like the DEFINITION of a bagging track lol. Major shortcut potential at the start and before the ending cave turn. Sooooo yes, a bagging track lol (Also, did I hear you say 200cc is fun? Are you gonna finally not say 200cc is bad?)

I didn't know that about the motion glider. I don't even know how plausible or useful it is with inside drift as I have only seen it done with outside drift. I do know a couple of the ramps that it can be used on -- such as the glider ramp in Mario Kart Stadium that allows you to pull of a huge shortcut.

Pauline shares stats with Link. The other drivers in that stat class are Rosalina and Father Boo.
As for the meta, there are 8 drivers in 2 different stat classes, with one class having a +1 on Weight while the other class has a +2 on Traction when comparing the classes to each other.
Meta Drivers With Weight Boost: Inkling Boy, male Villager, and Tanooki Mario
Meta Drivers With Traction Boost: Birdo, Daisy, Peach, Peachette, Yoshi
You know I'm on Team Traction, so if I were to use the meta (which I have done before, but not very often), I'd probably use Birdo or Yoshi as my driver, but there are occasions for which I would use one of the lovely ladies.

Whatever the name, it sounds like controlling the glider with motion controls is too rock hard for you, and there's no better course than Koseki Bijou Mountain to learn how to use the glider. 🗿

You've seen wind in the comments every now and then. If anyone knows the ins and outs of inward drift, it's him.
If I may be so bold, there's another inward expert in our community whose RUclips channel is Adam Alam. He's a competitive player who's been uploading a lot as of late, and Mario Kart Stadium shows up somewhat frequently in those uploads, which is an important point because the glider can be used for an end-of-lap/race motion glider cut. Definitely check him out, and if you see Mario Kart Stadium when you're watching, you can leave a comment on the video asking him what he does for motion glider.

We both wanted to see Autumn, but I won't be complaining about Winter. You might.
Oh, and there's a gimmick in each season. It's just that Winter's gimmick (slippery, meaning more Traction is needed) is different than the gimmick from the other seasons (Resetti, who functions a lot like a Monty Mole but is nowhere near as cute).

Comparing your build from this video to your build from the beginning of this series, the difference in Traction favors this build by 1, which is 0.25 on the stat bars provided on the selection screen. There is a difference, but it might not be noticeable.
