    Have you tried experimenting with lithography on optical fiber or carbon filament?

    Do you plan to characterize your thermal oxide? I would be interested to know what kind of charge and interface defects might be present. Thanks for making this video.

      I have no way of characterizing oxides as of now other than observing interference patterns and doing dielectric breakdown tests with high voltage. Let me know if you have any ideas on other ways to characterize. I'd like to get an ellipsometer. I suppose I could also get a C-V curve tracer as well.

    Hey Sam, I'm trying to do some semiconductors at home, I've just got my waffer, i see you mentioned a few times an oxide chart I've seen that too, is there a temp vs growth rate chart that you're basing to do that ? I have not come across something like that
