MSI Optix MAG27R1 not working with MSI GS75 Stealth?

I purchased this MSI Monitor and it finally came in the mail yesterday, but it is not working with my laptop nor my PS4. If anybody has any idea of what is going on please let me know in the comments. Thank you very much in advance and have a great night. My laptop is a MSI GS75 stealth with a Nvidia 2080 max-q graphics card. Rumor is these monitors are only compatible with AMD graphics cards, but the MSI technician claimed this one is not the end it should be able to run with Nvidia graphics card.

Just one thing, don't go for refurbished products. Yea it might cut you a few bucks but not worth it. There are cheaper options with the same specs. The brand is not everything.
