I'm curious if in Finland if they still used 'Galahad' (obviously the Arthur stories are known in Finland) in this scene, or went with a regional equivalent like Lemminkainen (okay him to Galahad is a rough comparison)?
She just says: Her: "What a funny looking young man" :> *sparkle sound effect* (like in a vaguely romantic way) Snufkin: "I have an honor to be the one you admire" Her: "I have to think really easy questions for him..."
@@otherpatrickgill I am reading the books (but i have only read like 3, and traslated in finnish). I don't think this story is inspired by her work. Not sure if I'm useful since I'm reading the finnish traslation and not the swedish original one.
I've thought about this scene a lot. Snorkmaiden is thinking of the two of them. She's thinking about love. Finally she proposes to know what Snufkin thinks, because her answer is again "2" but Snufkin is "1" because he's not interested in being a couple. She's disappointed and was hoping he would add a 2 to her 2 to get 22.
Technically the last one was easier since if you were able to get the first one what is the number im thinking of which is 2 so when you put her thoughts of 2 and your 2 since you were supposedly thought the same number 2 and 2 you get 22
It takes two people to love each other, the reason they met was in regards to love and the third question was a reference to the first one (she thinks about the numer two wich seems to be the number of love) and he answers 21 wich means that he figured out the right answer to the riddle (it being 22) but because he doesn't love her he answers 21 wich means they do not think about the same “number“
