rose inc SPF: ok looking back at the footage - I am LOVING the way my skin looks with just the Rose Inc spf on! I think I’ll try wearing it on its own on my no-makeup days
neutrogena foundation serum: had worn away on my nose by end of day, but generally just looked healthy/glowy all day - going to be a go-to for low key makeup days
lawless powder: I loved using this to touch up midway through the day. I’ve used it again since this video and am still loving it

The Revlon eyeshadow is a crazy formula. I used finger, brushes, and couldn't make it work... UNTIL I used the wonky little brush that came with it. I saw another RUclipsr say that it is next level awesome with the brush, and I doubted, but then I tried it! Next level vodoo magic, and it stayed all day! Seriously, the brush is weird, but there is something about it that makes it work! 😊
Really?? Is their a specific palette u recommend?? I love browns/khakis/ I like my browns a little orangey leaning sometimes ....corals, and peach is another favorite shadow color!!! What palette should I get???

I have a lot of the Revlon Colorstay cream eye shadows, and for me, the shadow goes on best and stays on best with the little brush applicator that they provide. :)
I think what would be helpful for me with foundation or concealer reviews is if you mentioned other favorites and how they compare. The neutrogena foundation looks pretty but in my mind I'm wondering does the missha bb cream still look nicer for a similar everyday product? I know this is also just a first impression but if you do an updated speed review or something- would appreciate those kind of comparisons!

On the glow recipe thing, I normally steer clear of fragrance but I am HOOKED on their watermelon toner. It keeps my skin in check and I notice a visible and physical difference when I try something else. I don't react to the fragrance as I think most of it comes from actual fruit? But whatever the reason may be, my skin loves it. Keep in mind I have normal-oily skin and textured.

I totally agree about the liner in the top water line! It does make your lashes look better. I think it’s because there’s no gap in color difference between the mascara and the water line
I have oily skin and these revlon shadows stays wonderfully on my lids even in hot weather. Sometimes I use these as a primer under powder eyeshadows 😊
I use mine on the brow bone in stardust or vanilla and love it

Honestly I love glow recipe-my skin responds so well to their stuff. I find the fruity scents fairly light and natural and more importantly, they don’t last once they’re on my skin. Their niacinimide drops and their watermelon moisturizer are my favorite.
I've repurchased the Glow Recipe watermelon juice lotion probably a dozen times. I like a thin lotion and I use it as my moisturizer and primer. I dont like scented lotions either but I LOVE this.
Glow Recipe Pore-Tight Toner is AMAZING! I've been using it for years and my pores are almost non-existent! Seriously! You gotta try it! And the watermelon scent is very light, also disapates quickly.
Love to see spf measured out as 1/4 tsp to if it’s really usable at that amount otherwise spf 30 is diluted and too low protection wise. Or I would use as topper to another sunscreen.
The Neutrogena serum was gorgeous, so sheer, glowing & def what I would use as a pro makeup artist! Skin is in!! The “foundation/powder look” is 💯 dated. The Rose Inc sunscreen also beautiful & love that it’s hydrating. Also loved the Revolution cheek/lip balm, getting all 3 products asap. Thank u , ur quickly becoming my fave product informant! 😊
Glow recipe is AMAZING! I love their PHA + BHA pore-tight toner. It’s so so good. Does have a watermelon smell but it doesn’t bother me at all. I enjoy it.

Yes!! And I also find mind boggling why brands would put that in eyeshadow or mascara??? Like who's going to come and sniff my eyelashes???
The SPF in serums or foundation is not really the amount of SPF specified for protection UNLESS you use the recommended amount to achieve that SPF coverage . This is usually more than most people use. I think influencers really should make their viewers aware of this when mentioning a product has an SPF. Angie at Hot and Flashy is very informative about this she says usually it’s 1/4 tsp to get the stated protection. It’s great to have that protection in different skin products because we can add to our protection BUT it’s important to recognize the facts.
Using the recommended amount every few hours just isn't doable for most people. If we were using that much every few hours you couldn't wear makeup at all or you'd have to redo it every few hours. Trying to force people to do this will just turn people off from using sunscreen at all.... like why even bother. I've found using just a regular amount of product works perfectly. I've literally tested it with cereve and Neutrogena sunscreen. I'm writing this comment for all the ladies who are so discouraged from wearing sunscreen and decide not to... that you don't have to smear unnatural amounts all over your face. A regular amount of product works the same.

I loved the Revlon cream shadow in Praline! You and I have similar skin tones, and you're right, it looked so good as a one and done shadow that was shimmery but close to my skin tone. It was a perfect, subtle but pretty every day eyeshadow for work at my legal profession job. My only gripe with the shadow is that it dried out so quickly, like 3 months, and it got so dry and crumbly that it was impossible to work with as I would get huge chunks of shadow fall out in my eyes. 😣 so I instead purchased the MAC paint pot in Vintage Selection. Obviously much pricier than Revlon, but the color is the exact same and the texture of the MAC shadow is much smoother, creamier, and looks way better. Longevity is the same too, so I'm way happier with the MAC shadow! 😊

I’ve been using the Strawberry Smooth BHA+AHA salicylic acid serum and love it, as I’ve been breaking out a lot lately and have acne scarring. In conjunction with some other products, I feel like it’s really been helping. Yes, they do smell like fruits but it’s VERY light and not obnoxious. And once rubbed in, the smell dissipates.

Milk makeup actually switched the size of all of their stick products (sculpt, bronzer, and blush)
I should correct myself and say that the blush and highlighter sticks are a little bit bigger. So: blush and highlight .21oz, bronzer and scult .19oz

I think it’s just compact packaging as the ounce size of their blush stick for example is very similar to almost all other Sephora carried blush sticks.
From Glow Recipe I love their plum plum cream and hyaluronic acid serum! Hot weather staples. I use it late spring into the end of summer/early fall. I live in Ohio and it can get pretty hot but so so humid and it works so well with my combo/acne prone skin. I also like their Niacinamide Glow drops and Blueberry bounce cleanser! (More warm/hot weather staples). I don't know notice a crazy scent with those products and it doesn't linger on the face or break me out. Definitely recommend!!
Oily skin sister chiming in, Missha Sun Milk is amazing sunscreen alone or under makeup but can have a bit of a cast if you're medium tone or deeper. I just add in a touch of the Purito bb ctram. Smooth. Flaless, velvety feel and stays matte. It's absolutely amazing!
I have dry skin but oily eyelids somehow😂 everything creases on me. The Revlon cream shadows last a long time on me compared to other cream shadows, they’re a holy grail I’ve used for years and years. I use them on their own or as bases/primer for other shadows to keep them from creasing. Love them!
I was a avid sponge girl. I could not get any foundation to look good with a brush! The Haley’s beauty one has now changed me, and I’m so happy!
When I worked ( on disability now) I ALWAYS needed coffee at the 2:30 - 3:00 pm time frame. 😂

Soo about Glow Recipe! I used to use their overnight watermelon moisture mask. Loooovvved it! It smelled like jolly ranchers to me and my skin looked amazing and smooth in the mornings. The last time I tried to buy it the scent was gone! Still like the moisturizer but I was so bummed lol

I loooooved the elf woah glow spf but I realized that it was breaking me out within hours of applying it. My skin would be acne free and then a couple hours later my chin and upper lip would have like average 4-6 spots plus lil bumps. Took me like 6-7x before I realized it was the spf and I have sensitive skin so yeah it might be breaking u out Jess😒 Loved this video. Some good finds in this one. Loving your hair a lot too❤
I tried the elf sunscreen but it made me itch like immediately so I gave it away. I've been using bliss block star for a while and I love it! I have sensitive skin and I use like all Bliss skincare.

I have been loving the Bakuchiol serum from Herbivore I think - I do love the Watermelon toner from GR, it is a light scent and I use it at night and find it relaxing.
Oh I absolutely love glow recipe! I used to have problems with scented products but with glow recipe I never had any issues. May be because they don't use parfums in their products, they use the natural scent of the ingredients. And they smell very good but very delicately - some products you nearly can't smell anything 😊
I love the watermelon moisturizer, papaya cleansing balm and the avocado eye sleeping mask. And I just started using the guava eye cream - works very well so far, hyaluronic plump serum and cream also very nice (I'm on my first bottle)

I’m in ❤ with the Glow Recipe’s vitamin C serum - it significantly lightened my post acne marks in just a few months of using it… and it’s hydrating and doesn’t making my skin sensitive. I will forever repurchase.
Have you tried the Supergoop cream shadows? They are SPF 30 and (I think) quite a unique product. The skin is so delicate on our eyelids and most people find that sunscreen stings their eyes or messes with their eyeshadow and mascara, so I think it's a great idea. I specifically mention them to you, as they are shimmer shades and I know that you like the one-and-done shimmer looks (which I appreciate, because a lot of people thinks it's a 'rule' to not put shimmers in the crease).
Glow recipe Watermelon moisturizer is the best product to me. Just very fun. Yes it smells like watermelon but it’s nice and if it’s not moisturizing enough for you, use it as a serum.
Glow Recipe is my favorite skin care! Top fav is the Blueberry cleanser ..I've purchased so many times iv lost count. The watermelon toner is amazing as well as the watermelon serum and the strawberry serum . I have dry sensitive skin and the scents have never broke me out or made me have a reaction. Love love love this skin care line !
Jess, I got 2 of the Sephora eyeliners and have been loving them!! I do not wear black often, but the Sephora black pencil is wonderful.
I kid you not, I was using the same products (Lawless and ELF), got TERRIBLE perioral dermatitis. I even gave the ELF sunscreen away. I went to my dermatologist and she gave me a cream for it. Let us know what you discover, because I cut both of those out of my routine too. I particularly love the Lawless lip products, so I’ll be quite sad of it’s those. 😢
I am currently experiencing perioral dermatitis during my pregnancy and just shoved my Lawless lip mask in the back of my nightstand. Going to try going without it for a few weeks to see if it clears things up. I wonder what ingredient is in it that can cause a flare up?
Same. I’ve been using the lip plumping mask in birthday cake. My lips were getting rough and scaly but didn’t peel if that makes sense. I was going to ask in the comments if that was happening to anyone else. I’m going back to the Laneige lip sleeping mask.

Years ago I had that was diagnosed. Put on creams and oral meds! Cystic acne around my mouth! I was looking through a glamour magazine, and at the bottom of the page the was a little square with a text in it saying if you have stubborn acne around your mouth switch to a toothpaste that did not have a specific ingredient in it… I can not remember what it was but… I switchEd my toothpaste to Synsodyne toothpaste 🙌🏼 it went away in a matter of a week! A couple years ago my daughter began to experience the same thing, I told her and she bought two kinds the whitening and original, I told her to stick with the most basic synsodyne, she no longer has it! I promise it works!!!!

I use Revlon cream shadow in Caramel everyday. I also love Praline for yea a subtle look. I recently purchased Espresso🤎 and yes with a good primer for the eyes it won’t crease. I also love the Revlon lipgloss!

It's a rare gift. Secondly, I'm glad you don't do extensions of any kind, eyelash or hair. You are always made up beautifully, but believably and still natural looking. Perfect.
I feel the SAME WAY about glow recipe. I have never tried anything from them because I try to avoid fragrance in skincare.

I love the Revlon Creme Shadows! They're so underrated. 715 Espresso is my favourite one and done shadow, such a beautiful taupe.
Glow Recipe Stawberry BHA serum. It is absolutely wild. The texture gives you such a plump look and the results over time are fantastic. I think I’m on my 4th or 5th bottle 🤦♀️

I tried the glow recipe watermelon dew drops. I mix them in my foundation and I love the scent.
Jessica, as for Glow Recipe, it's my holy grail daytime routine. The PHA Toner and the Plum Plump Gel Cream moisturizer. I also use CosRx 96% Snail Mucin (snail snot) and the two essences I mentioned in an earlier reply. If you don't like fragrance, you won't like this (but it's mild). Fragrance is part of my skincare ritual :)
MILK doesn't sell the big sticks in anything anymore - they would literally never get used up before going bad. I've had the small bronzer and blush for two years and still going strong :)
The Glow Recipe Niacinamide Dew Drops are a holy grail for me and I don’t typically use scented products either, the smell is light and doesn’t last at all. I think you’d like it!
The ELF Whoa Glow made my rosacea flare and gave me blisters. ( after using twice)
And I had perioral dermatitis about 18 years ago. I tried everything from the doctor to clear it up and nothing worked. I stopped using tarter control toothpaste and it cleared up immediately. I haven’t had any issues since. I can use whitening toothpaste with no problem. BTW I love your channel. I am 66 years young and grew up on the east side of Indy. I have lived in Greenfield since 1979 and my husband and I raised our two children there. I retired from Eli Lilly and babysit my three Grandbabies (ages 5, 3 and 3) I love hearing about your sweet babies. Enjoy them as they will be grown before you know it.

The Revlon cream shadows in the little quad pallets are amazing too. They blend like a dream. Excellent color payoff. Lasts all day. Didn’t crease on my 54 year old eyelids.
I’ve been trying the Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Cream from a deluxe Sephora sample kit and I really like it! It is barely fragranced imo compared to other things. It does make my skin feel plump and hydrated. Love your videos and your hair looks amazing!

I love glow recipe products they do have a slight fragrance but it doesn't last on your skin. I love the toner, the ceramide serum, the niacinamide dew drops.

I really like the glow recipe strawberry BHA blur drops for a primer. They don’t blur, but I noticed a huge difference in the way my makeup last it wears so beautifully.
