doesn't matter how hard you try, someone in the comments section will complain. Dear Mr. Triumph, please can we have the moon on a stick for 2025? Looks gorgeous, in my humble opinion. shame I can't afford one....
2021 T900RP owner here. Nicely done. A few extra ponies and torques (though I'm perfectly happy with what I have and already go through rear tires awfully fast). Are the radiator outlets slightly revised? Reduced the heat on the knees issue some have experienced? Can I get my TFT re-flashed to look like that?
The T-Plane crank is specially designed to vibrate. So that Triumph can re-live its glory-days of bone-shaking engines. Face facts - a staggered firing interval cannot improve torque, but it can increase vibration and discomfort. Why do you think they have added rubber mounted handlebars? Of what benefit is increased vibration, on a Grand Tourer? And do note, the 900 has NO low-end torque. It will readily stall on pulling away. So Triumph had to add a software-fix, to increase RPM with the clutch. Triumph engineers are nuts. R
The T plane Crank makes it behave like a V twin down low and it does , I know cause I had a V twin . Vibes are bugger all , same as a twin . It has plenty of low end torque from as little as 2000 rpm and will pull hard to 8k or so . And no it won't stall, never has so far on me .the extra revs when letting clutch is a feature ,Suzuki does it too , I know cause I had one and traded for the tiger
Does the new USB-C means there aren't anymore that other whole in the front for powering devices? Or USB-C just an addition, but the old port was kept?
I don't understand why you insist on not installing adjustable electronics for engine braking, traction control and anti-wheelie, if you want to beat the competition you should offer more. Honestly, plastic suitcases are horrible.
Evolution rather than revolution. No radar cruise control like on the Tracer 9, still comes with those horrendous Metzeler Tourance tyres, and still has 6k service intervals. I do like the update and the extra punch will be welcome, but I'll be sticking with my '21 gtpro for now.
Why buy the 1200 over the 900 if the 900 has electronic suspension, same reason the 850 will never get cruise control, its cheaper and will just steal sales from the 900
Unless they have changed something the gt has no quick shifter ,electronic rear suspension or fog lights ,slightly smaller tft screen ,no center stand ,not sure bout heated seat .why the gt pro is more expensive .
Its not all-new; its an evolution, as you just said. I own a 2021 Tiger 850, so I know what the current model is all about. The updated versions may be improved, but they are not 'all new'. The major benefit of the new version is the TFT display of the current 1200 bike. Because the 2020 - 2023 version is really embarrassing.
Looks like a simple revamp. I bet they haven't improved the poor heated grips though! Love my 2020 900GT Pro. Plenty of power, all-day comfort and manageable weight.
I test road Triumph GT Pro 2023 model this Friday, and when I saw the grips I thought something is not right, why they look old and used. Then I watched a review online of the bike, and it said exactly the same, the grips get worn out very fast. Though, they don't need to be even used, they just become like that by themselves through a bit of time. Really a shame as it's destroying the looks of the bike by looking worn and cheap.
Nice bike, but . . . aside from “more” and “new” marketing, is there really much more and new that makes a real difference in performance? Honestly, would riding a disguised ‘23 and then a ‘24 model render a significantly improved experience?
Nothing really new, a bit more power and that's it. Still no electronic suspension on the front, still 19" for a "Grand Tourer", still no radar, only slight design update, still the same connectivity system, still the same stupid joystick for controlling the screen... but at least the usb socket is improved and the graphics on the screen are much better.
Wished you guys would of got rid of that t-plane crank, motorway speeds on this at 6k rpm leaves my hands numb. Would much rather the smoothness of the standard tripple engine
@@Ponpon-rs8br respectfully I disagree. Yamaha has better suspension and better brakes. I have tested both of them the Tiger 900 GT 2023 model and Tracer 900 GT+, and is no comparison, Yamaha is years ahead. I know, not the same class, Tracer can't be taken offoard.
I drove both models and in my opinion the biggest difference is quality. Triumph feels very premium . Yamaha feels like hmm… average windows laptop. Tiger feels like MacBook.

agree has it all. like bmw. but the price.....a bit above the 900xr
I gave this bike a test ride today, I was very impressed. will be having in one but in white, with the black bins.
Stunning looking bike

Nice that you've finally made a proper rev counter not the monstrosity Tiger currently has.
Retro fit options ???

is there going to br the new Tiger 900 GT Low 2024 ?

is it possible to upgrade 2020 GT Pro dash with new graphics?
can we disconnect the heated grips , seat; to use that plug for aux fog lighting etc. ?
hi, can i use all the accessories of 2023 tiger 900 gt pro with 2024 model?
Very nice upgrades, shame they could sort out the headlight, my ocd can’t cope with just one offset headlight.
so you normally ride bent over the bars staring at your headlight? That is def OCD

Please redesign next time the cheap looking brake fluid container as it was on the 800XRT models.
Please release this in a GT Low!
Does the tiger have keyless ignition? Also what's wrong with the Metzler tires?
Have the stock Metzler on mine ,not had a problem. Even in the rain they feel good and not had any sliding that I've noticed
I would have traded my tiger 900gt pro in if this one also had front electronic suspension. You missed the ball there.
Why buy the 1200 over the 900 if the 900 has electronic suspension, same reason the 850 will never get cruise control, its cheaper and will just steal sales from the 900
Weight vs current version??
compare with tracer 9gt ? comfort mainly; both have plenty of power that won't be used.
ease on/off; good leg room . The gt l'ow" has same features ?
Unless they have changed something the gt has no quick shifter ,electronic rear suspension or fog lights ,slightly smaller tft screen ,no center stand ,not sure bout heated seat .why the gt pro is more expensive .

More power, refinement blah blah. The best damn thing Triumph did was get rid of that ridiculously useless rev counter!
Agreed not so good on the 2023 .I tend to listen to engine if I'm going through the gears quickly than looking at Rev counter
