    Very insightful explanation. Thank you. Im particularly glad you mentioned the range of strains to look out for. As someone with PCOS, i just started taking the mega sporebiotic, and its been helping with my pcos symptoms. I came online to learn more and i saw your video. Thanks for sharing. Whereabouts in canada is your clinic? Looking for a naturopathic dr here in Saskatoon.

    Hi, i have been controlling my period with probiotic supplements for 4 years now. My doctor has no idea why it works like that. Also anytime i drink kombucha or eat yogurt for a few days straight, i start my period. Very weird, hopefully they figure out whats wrong lol there is no evidence of a correlation according to my doctor

      Im assuming it has something to do with my gut microbiome.
