Wow. This was what I needed to hear. I was struggling so with this I had read and follow the instructions but was never successful in any of these. Thank you so much for this clear slow simple explanation. I’m excited to get started. Thank you so much.

Hi, did you try resizing the element? In the video edit box under "transform".

Thank you for responding I got it to work by copying and then pasting the element into the timeline I wanted it in. But now when I follow the same procedure you showed I keep getting "Unable to import project"

@@FritzAhern hmm interesting. i'm glad you got it to work. all i can think is that sometimes the individual developers of different templates might have different coding so it may not work for every template. davinci can be a beast! keep creating!

It's ridiculous that all this would need to be done each time you're in a different project. It should be usable on any project after only one install. I wonder why Davinci is so far behind the curve on this process.

I totally agree. Davinci really excels in color grading. Sometimes I use Capcut for certain short vids because it's much easier and quicker for effects.

Wow! This was an awesome video! Thank you so much for making and producing this video, as I was struggling with DaVinci Resolve (just downloaded it). You were very clear, concise, and thorough in your teaching. Thanks, again!
