I’m saying this bc the “actually need” you said feels more like something related to the looks, bc most people don’t actually realize that when every organ ages it might start malfunctioning (and this affects our health), so why would it be different with our skin (and it is not)?? Yes, as we age we definitely need to have certain things done to protect the health of our skin (with both stuff you eat/ drink/ take and put on top of your skin), but even newborns need this kind of healthcare!

Also btw we're apparently not supposed to let the droppers touch our face since we put it back in the bottle (It might make it go bad ig) And Skincare by Hyram has taught me to get an spf seperate from foundation because we need to apply a lot of sunscreen to have proper protection and we don't apply that much in foundation
@@jasminee8107 Im not sure about what he recommends but I personally recommend the la roche posay sunscreen. There are two types and Id choose the one that doesn’t give you a white cast (im a poc). Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen is also a really good one but it smells kind of weird until you put it in your face then it has no odor. Hope that helped!!
