Welcome to my true 100% plus series on GTA Vice City. Feel free to check out my similar series on GTA 3:
    • GTA 3 - True 100% Plus
Generally speaking, I have three goals for this series:
    1) Do everything in the game.
    2) For each mission, share some interesting facts from the wiki.
    3) Demonstrate all fail states for each mission and complete many missions in unexpected or entertaining ways.
I'm hopeful to do all of the above without dying and without getting busted. I plan to reload my previous clean save state anytime I die or get busted.
I'm playing the PC version of this game through Steam with a couple of quality of life mods installed. I also use a Quicksave program which allows me to save anywhere. These mods can be found at links near the bottom of this description.
Mostly I'll refrain from using glitches and cheats, but occasionally I'll relax this restriction for entertainment purposes.
So one of the three goals is to do everything in the game. That will include getting 100% completion according to the in-game percentage tracker, but I have lots of ideas for tasks that aren't required but that I'm going to do anyway just to really experience everything in this game. If you have suggestions for things I should consider doing in this series, put them in the comments! Maybe we can make a fun task list together. I'm open to all reasonable suggestions, and I might even be open to some unreasonable ones.
I'm also planning on doing as many of the ingame 100% completion tasks as I can before I complete any other story missions after the introductory mission.
How did I come up with the idea for this series? I totally stole it! There's a GTA speedrunner named Joshimuz who did a series just like this one but for San Andreas. I emailed Josh asking if I could borrow very liberally from his San Andreas ideas and he said yes! So credit where credit is due, many of the things that I'll do in this series are taken straight from Josh's SA series which is linked here: • GTA:SA True 100%+ Long...
If you have any feedback for me on the series or if you have ideas for tasks I should consider, drop them in the comments!

What an honor to have inspired the first viewer video in this series!
The phone was a fun addition, Tommy really has the whole multitasking a crime empire figured out
I appreciate your thoroughness, thanks for the video

Mind blown again. 22 years of playing and I never knew you could rob a store with a grenade either.

I must say that the robberies work a lot better on console than on PC. If you switch to Classic Controls and aim at the Clerk, Tommy will actually aim at him and not just stand next to him holding a gun and the whole sequence will make a lot more sense.
