@@itzrupnilthecommenter9900 I know how to fix it. My screen solution is 1920x1080 and I set scaling to 125%. You need to restore the icon pack back to window default, delete the theme file in resource, uninstall the uxtheme patcher. After that you need to modify screen resolution and scaling. I keep my resolution and change my scaling to 100%, install uxtheme patcher again, copy theme file and then apply the icon pack. Finally it worked. Hope that helps.
