The finish on the paint is getting better on each panel!! Those gaps are so tight to the rear door! Never realised how close those doors go to each other when part opened! Wow!
High Dave what tips and tricks have you got on lining up the front guard to the door iam trying at the moment with not much success I can’t seem to get the style line right
Use a jack with some sort of padding to get the height right. Then work on the top and bottom hinges separately. The limits to moving the door outwards is governed by a tag inside the door on the hinge bracket. You can break the tag if there isn't enough movement.
Any tips if ya inside latch has fallen in the door piller . I managed to get it back in with a quotehanger but I had to get a bolt on while holding the quotehanger to get hinge on . I took door back off ass my alignment wasn't great . I just fill I might of been lucky the first time I am wondering if there is a better way

Yes,getting better at painting.
The gaps are really close when opening, not much to play with.
Attention to detail and workmanship are exceptional Davo. Those gaps are better than factory!
Thanks mate. Factory was way off. I rekon there was too much drugs and alcohol consumed in the 70s and no testing!!!
looking good dave!
thanks mate
Looks fresh out the dealership mate, good job 👍.
I wish I got it fresh from the dealership 😄
Very impressive build great finish to do all that in a tiny little garage is amazing, What brand spraygun are you using model
Thanks mate, can't remember the brand of spray gun, but I do know that you have to keep them clean. I completely dismantle my gun after every use.

I've never had the latch fall off the door piller. That sounds like a real pain in the Butt.
