- I have converted a supercharger to a twin turbo.
But I am not familiar with turbos.
I'm sure there are a lot of things wrong with it,
I made this with the idea of "if it looks cool, it's good".
Please refrain from pointing out the mistakes.
You are incredibly talented, no joke. Absolutely amazing 👏. Maybe consider some nitrile gloves so you can preserve those hands!

Nice. I really like the time and effort you put in to make your parts look realistic and with fine detail.
Awesom engine! I just have to mention one thing to you and that is that to get this 100% correct you have to move your wastgates to the exhaust housing of the turbo. You have mounted them on the center housing/ core where the turbine wheels are and the oil feed and return lines sit. I just had to say someting because this is such a great build. but a "error" like that on a big showpeace of an engine that you have made just ruins it in my eyes..
Oh, i love this. The attention to details are absolutely mindblowing. If there is some one that could get the plakett for "best engine room in show", it is this guy. And in 1/24 scale... This is superb work, you, Sir, are a true professional!

i think the ribbon gave the best realistic look for the exhaust heat wrap also i would love to see how crazy you would go on a gunpla kit

Outstanding work. I am gobsmacked by your scratch-building skills! The attention to detail is over 9000. What are you using for casting/duplicating? It does look a lot more accurate than using milliput and blue stuff!
Thanks for your comment! For the replication, the mold is silicone and the resin that is poured is a two-component resin.
The details are explained in the #14 racing sheet.

Where do you get all the little bolt heads that you use??
The bolts are sold in resin.
They are sold primarily for tanks.
I also use hexagonal plastic rods that I slice off.
Oh ok thank you for the information I'm into 1/10 scale RC Rock Crawlers at the moment which I customize but if I get back into modeling I'll have a lot of questions

There is major problem with this engine build: I will now and forever want the real thing built for my classic (‘65)! And the actual problem? How the heck am I ever gonna fit it in the 65s small engine bay?!!!
