Brilliant work. Absolutely brilliant. As always, your attention to detail is sublime. I know chances are slim, but I hope that someone at GMA shows this (and the sequel videos for this model) to Mr. Murray. I have a feeling he might appreciate it.
Thank you. I used 18k gold leaf because I saw a video of Mr. Murray talking about how 18k gold leaf has the best insulation properties. I adopted Mr. Murray's obsession with cars.
Wow! Just wow! I’ve seen some very clever techniques in this video! Love the attention to detail. I will try the aluminium leaf and the textured exhaust shield. Thank you for sharing!
Bravo Sir, Bravo, Video ended and I sat here for another thirty seconds with my mouth open in awe of what I just watched. Thank you so much for the content.

A journalist during a visit to the GMA factory said to Gordon Murray 'Now that's how you make a supercar'. After viewing I say ' Now that's how you make a super model of a supercar'. Like the GMA.50 you are matching innovation by using materials & technique not seen before. The standard you set on the engine will be hard to keep up. The wait will be exciting.
Thank you. I watched the GMA video. I used real 18k gold leaf because Mr. Murray said 18k gold is the best insulator. Applying gold leaf is not difficult. Pasting gold leaf is so much fun that you'll want to put it on all sorts of things.
Ah, but using gold leaf & aluminium foil is very Japanese & unique in car modeling. Everyone else would just use gold & silver paint. This is why the T.50 is special, it uses materials & techniques not common with other supercars.
I was on the fence with this kit. I want to get it but I am not sure about my skills to do it justice! After seeing what you did that engine, I am now convinced I do not have enough skills to do this kit justice! 🤣

Thank you. I also thought about installing a wiring harness, but I didn't because I couldn't see the wiring harness after the kit was completed. If I was building a single engine, I would definitely install it.
Awesome job! I will follow the build because your attention to detail is outstanding. It must also be hard to decide wether to put or not that carbon fiber mesh, since gma offers a wide range of tones for it and in some cars it appears black.
@@mokeipaint Exactly. Not like this guy did it for instance: ruclips.net/user/shortskZU8tfods6k?si=wa6SaYEwbB7OJeOI However I like how he lined up the carbon fiber pattern where different surfaces meet.
