@@jaredostrander995 You can try altering the rotation a bit to include Deathblow but without the charge-up spec. You can time it so you can do Frost Cleaving -> Stunning Blow -> Death Blow (Instant Cast) -> Ascending Slash -> into finally Guillotine Blade. If it doesn't flow smoothly make sure you take the specs that increase the stun & prone duration, as well as the mastery tree in your skills that do so as well! I've recently created a build with base 48% attack speed, but that's for another video haha.
Yeah I'm unsure spear/dagger can reach that speed since I only play sns/gs/spear, but I'm not at max attack speed yet because of my build, in one my Questlog builds you can reach 39%, even 43% base attack speed albeit sacrificing some dps. And once fully buffed, you can reach up to even 120% attack speed, or slightly higher.
I would say that aspd is achievable when bossing, not possible in pvp even arena. A lot of variables can happen you cant really follow skills that fast... Enemy can block or hide or dodge. Your rotation then will be cut short.
Yeah the trick I've noticed in arena is you must land the stunning blow first and then use frost cleaving or else they just walk away from the combo. So for pvp the rotation goes Gale Rush -> Culling Arc -> Stunning Blow -> Frost Cleaving -> Ascending Slash -> Guillotine Blade
I'm currently using the Shock Commander set and I don't believe it's ideal for ranked arena, I think the Gilded Raven set is superior for surviving casters & xbow users so I'm going to try and aim for that update when I'm able!

what is the best spear gs or spear dagger?
Spear/Dagger better for large scale. Spear/GS better for single target.
I would say play your preference, these classes are bound to get nerfs/buffs so I'd advise to just play the one that suits you the most! 👍
u can reach 99.9% passive attack speed at t2
My Ravager PvP build has base 34 ish with davincis courage I get up to 50, more than enough

With proper targets he does not need hit chance..
