Why always only these content creators? Why not look at the people that played Battlefield for a long time and really know what Battlefield is. Most content creators look at it from their standpoint of creators and not players. They are definitely important voices to be heart, but not the only ones. I have been playing Battlefield as my main game since BF2 and put thousands of hours in each BF game. Lets hope for an open playtest also.
More open playtests will probably come after the game has been revealed. Right now I bet they don’t want things to leak out so that is why they do playtests with content creators first under NDA.

I fully expect the easy cheesy flight model, hot pink and neon green weapon skins, character skins with cat ears and tails ala Fortnite, and of course, 5 to 10 million dollars of game development sunk into some form of battle royale or some extract game mode that no BF fan wants. Just make tons of maps and update BF4 to the modern age.

Even they made a stunning Battlefield this time, these questions has to be answered: 1- As long as there will be no server browser will it be like Battlefield 2042 Matchmaking system which is broken up to date ? 2- How long each season period, will it be 4 - 5 months similar to battlefield 2042 instead of 2 - 3 ? 3- How many Maps we gonna get per season ? 4- How long will it take to have an update , 30 Days like Battlefield 2042 ? (( NO PRE FUCKING ORDER ))
I am so disapointed that Delta Force didnt end up being the competition Dice needed, feelt like DF could've gone the distance, but they just really have dropped the ball with season 1 maps and seemingly refusale to do any sort of meaningful balance to the game. Just pushing out lootbox microtransaction after transaction.
Yeah have the same feeling. Had good hopes for it, but it looks like its not going to address the gameplay issues with balance and vehicles. The maps are also not really good and 1 map every 3 months is not going to cut it. The operators are mostly annoying and not really interesting.

Played DF beta, it was just okay for me. Some guns were really nice but the operators and their abilities were very uninteresting. And in the full release they expect me to create some weird Chinese account to login into the game. That was when I decided not to.
This was honestly a stark reminder the next battlefield can easily flop if we’re not carful. All the community play tests sound like genuine interest from the devs, until they just get a bunch of slimmy yes men like JackFrags on board and then it loses all its meaning. So unless Enders (as much as I don’t like him) gets into the playtests and rips into them, I don’t have too much optimism

I doubt they're gonna release anything about the new battlefield game, it seems to me like it's gonna be about the playtest itself and how they plan to implement things they're gonna learn during the playtest and so on, i'll be very surprised if we end up seeing any footage or even screenshots.

I have been invited to playtest one of the EA FC games, i dont remember which one tho. And ive also been invited to test out some EA apps, not games, but like companion apps at least twice. Im not sure if that would be the same playtest pool as BF6 tho. One can wish.

Battlefield 2042 was a shit show. I got it for free on PS5 and don't even play it. They honestly need to remake the game back into a BF4 style. I did like BF1 and 1942 but nothing has ever been better than BF4.
