    Thanks guys. I was officially diagnosed with GAD last summer. I hope to meditate more to bring me stability, balance, and focus. I plan to meditate once a day, increasing my sessions by 5 minutes per week to 30 minutes a day. I began meditating regularly last week, and so far I'm sticking with it. Here's to a bright future for all of us.

      blabbityblah We definitely found that incorporating meditation in our lives had a very positive effect (or rather has, as we still practice it). It was as if there was a really gentle healing process going on, and we do, of course, wish this for you, too!

    Appreciate this! The more I find myself doing more of your videos, the better I feel on a day to day basis. Positive thoughts attract a positive reality and I'm ready to finally start living positively instead of worrying about the negatives all the time. If anxiety can cause all the terrible things you imagine to come true if you are anxious enough, then if you are positive and happy enough, those can come true as well!

    This video saved my life multiple times.
    Suicide used to be on my mind every day.
    I would play this video while having a panic attack and before the end, EVERY TIME I was back to reality.
    I cannot thank the honest guys enough. I must have played this video over 500x and it helped every single time. And every time I watch it I get less and less into the video before my anxiety is totally gone.

    I need to say this: I feel a strong fear of the land behind me, with obscure forests and mountains.
    If someone has fear of something described I want you to know it's normal, and there's nothing wrong because the fact that you put yourself this video means that you are helping yourself and that is a lot. I say it tp myself too. Stay strong fam

    You guys are life savers. I go through bouts of anxiety and I just can't seem to kick this one. I'm just starting behavioral therapy and I'm really hoping it will work. I'm so sensitive to medication and I don't want to rely on it. Sometimes your videos are what allow me to actually calm down and sleep.

    lately, my anxiety presents itself in the form of severe panic attacks. I will feel as if I'm having a heart attack to the point that I'm convinced if I fall asleep I won't wake up. this series of meditation videos is the only thing that even begins to help me.
    thank you so much for releasing these videos, they help in ways I can't even begin describe.

    Didn't think I'd ever be a person with anxiety and panic attacks but life happened And now I have both. In both happy and scary moments anxiety finds me. Right now it's a happy moment and j can't sleep because of overthinking but this has helped me calm down and find myself again. Thank you Honest Guys

    So beautiful , I have anxiety every time I focus on my breathing or heart and I tell myself I'm breathing to fast it I'm breathing to slow then I forget to breath, and every time I just sit still and hear my heart my hearts bumps quick or slow but this litterly made me feel relaxed , felt relived , litterly felt a chill I feel so better.. I RECOMEND THIS

    This is a beautiful meditation and it really works at restoring truth and balance and reminding us it is always inside us, waiting for us to reunite.     I have struggled so hard with anxiety and depression. Your videos have been one of my coping mechanisms for the past few years. This one in particular has literally SAVED ME, it's my favorite anxiety reducing technique. Of all the guided meditations out there you guys are my FAVORITE, your voices soothe me!!!

      I cry every time I listen to it. I feel the ‘beings’ wings surround me and I feel safe. I have lost the 4 most important adults in my life and have been struggling with anxiety and a chronic illness. This meditation comforts me and makes me feel I am not alone. Thank you.❤️❤️❤️

    I actually felt fear when you mentioned a figure was talking to me, I was scared that I was alone there with it but immediately I made the figure talk to me as if it was speaking in your voice. It kind of helped. And I became anxious when you talked about the sea and its darker colours more into the deep because I have phobia of drowning :/ otherwise it was okay and managed to relax me a little.

    This helped to calm my mental noise by way of having me realize that nothing my mental noise tells me is set in stone. Thus, I am able to further confront this noise and therefore have me realize that this noise does not run my life. Only I run my life. Great video.

    fell asleep with the words still floating in my head. just getting over a bad breakup, and it's so good to be reminded that there are so many different possibilities for the future. this is just a small part of my large life, and i'm going to be okay. thank you for reminding me of that.

    This is the first video that I saw from your channel. At that time, I was having a really bad panic attack, where my body felt numb, I felt like I was going to burst out crying or throwing up at any time, and my chest and throat felt tight. What made the situation even worse is that I wasn’t at home when this happened. I opened RUclips on my cellphone to look for meditation videos on anxiety and I found yours. I started feeling better right away and my body relaxed to a comfortable state. My muscles no longer felt tight and I started to experience this soothing coolness in my body.

    one of my favorites from The Honest Guys thus far. i have 2 severe anxiety disorders. finding this channel on You Tube was very helpful. it may only help while i'm listening to the videos, but temporary relief is better than no relief at all.

    I want to thank you for making these videos. You might not know how much they have helped me [and I have watched only three] already. I have anxiety, ADHD and obsessive thinking, but your videos help me relax like never before.

    Wow I'm surprised that this worked so well on me. I'm the most stubborn person possible and I thought this bullshit won't even remotely make me feel less anxious or better. Man was I wrong, it also feels good seeing other people comment on here about their anxiety. It makes me feel better knowing that it's normal and I'm not the only one suffering from it now.     True story: I used this 3 years ago every night during a difficult time in my life. Then, a year and a half later, I returned here during another difficult time. Both times, the outcomes I want came to pass with time, faith and hope. This is a sign that you too will get your outcome if you maintain a clear mind and spirit. I’m going through another hard time, but again I return here to tell you all and myself, you will make it on the other side.

    This is so beautiful! I suffer from panic attacks, but more so at night. Now night time has become a trigger for me and when it turns to evening I become very anxious. It's currently 6:30pm where I am now and after doing this I don't feel anxious any more! I think I'll do some form of meditation each night now, perhaps in the morning too :) Thank you so much I'm so grateful for your videos!! Much love xxx

    Thank y'all so much for making these videos, these videos were a major part of my journey from being suicidal to getting off antidepressants and doing what I love in life.     When I used this it feels like my body is resting in a hammock. It feels like waves going thrue my body. I get dizzy. Tears up of course. Thnx for guiding me thrue this meditation. Really needed it.

    Thank you so much, i have been punishing myself for a terrible decision i made more than 14 years ago that made my life and my daughter's much worse than it might have been; it's almost destroyed me. Now i see that there is how that i might have a chance at happiness. I will continue to listen to this and other meditations of yours, hopefully I can make a better life before it's too late.

    I'm only 12 and I have such bad anxiety that I can't even sleep properly anymore ,but this helped me at least calm down enough to try and sleep tonight

    Does anybody feel like they "check out" when they're having intense anxiety or a panic attack? Like you're in a dream state, feeling detached and horribly surreal in your surroundings? I hate this feeling, it brings me to tears and makes me feel terrified of losing it and going crazy. I go through this almost everyday, it wasn't this bad until I started using meth on and off for the past year, I'm staying clean for good now and have been clean for over a month, trying to let myself heal. I just want it to go away :'(

      I feel lost and sick whenever i have an anxiety attack. I feel sick and all i want to do is crawl up in a ball and cry. I learned to control it by breathing in and out.
      Its good you're letting yourself heal! Try going to the gym or working out. Its been helping my anxiety a lot and I get so lost in my workouts that i dont have time to think about worrying :)

      I know what you mean. I mean when other things don't work but this does, and so easily it makes me feel silly too. Like 'what's wrong with me, it's so simple why didn't I get over it before'.

    I suffer from really severe panic attacks and daily anxiety. It’s gotten so bad I’ve missed worked and sometimes I just can’t leave my house. These videos are probably the only thing that has ever gotten me back to reality and able to be calm. I have moments where I just can’t breathe right and it causes me to feel light headed because my anxiety gets me so worried. I even have my wife listening to these videos and they help get us to sleep. This is definitely my favorite video by the honest guys.

      I have done that in guided meditation; there is always a reason, some deep-buried emotional block usually, but tears can be a huge release

    Thank you so much honest guys for this meditation video. My anxiety began are five deaths in as many months. I had always been 'the strong one' and now my anxiety has me feeling so weak and vulnerable. The attacks come out of nowhere it seems. I have been searching for meditation assistance and have been afraid to try, anxious that I might somehow be introducing more darkness into my mind. But my God is awesome and directed me to your site. Just a coincidence?! Not for me. DEFINE INTERVENTION. Thank you for being the vessel for my peace.

    Does anyone else have a fear of subliminal messages?
    I have a severe chronic anxiety disorder and have done for 10 years. I am scared a lot :( I want to try things like this on youtube... Guided meditations self hypnosis etc but I am so scared of subliminal messages or if it will do something to me or make me feel weird :/ Does anyone else have this fear? And have any of you overcome this fear and actually found these things helpful? Anyone had any problems from guided meditations or hypnosis videos on youtube? Thank you.

      We do *not* create subliminal messages, ever, Serendipity. We've certainly listened to content that creates them, and I think they can be helpful, but it's not something that we've considered doing.

      Well, there is not on ours, you can be sure, Serendipity. I know there are self-hypnosis courses, etc, and there were subliminal meditations, but years ago, so not sure if they're still up, but I think it would be ethical to state it on a video if it were present in the meditation. Since it's not an area we deal with, I am not really sure, but any-one who makes content designed to help other people should definitely make it clear what their meditation consists of.
      All you could do, I suppose, is directly ask the creators.

      TheHonestGuys Thank you :) Anxiety does make is overly worry about some silly stuff doesn't it. Meditation is new to me, it's something that I've only recently started looking in to as I am struggling tbh. But I don't really know how it works or what type of things are said in guided meditations. Hence my worry. Thanks for getting back to me.

      If you're afraid of subliminal messages or ánything doing something bad to you (although meditating into higher states of consciousness can have any effect on your body and mind, which is usually not bad at all), you can always say/think the words "I'm connecting with my I Am Presence, now." when you start. That way your I Am Presence (let's say your soul) will always protect you and will make sure that whatever the meditation does, it won't be more than you can personally handle, only what's good for yóu. I wish you good luck!
