What if the person planning to put assets in a first party special needs trust is also married to another individual who is disabled? Should the money be split between two first party special needs trusts to prevent the total from being taken by Medicaid if one of the spouses dies?

I'm a 36 year old stage 4 brain cancer survivor that was left blind and in a wheelchair at age 17 since than I've had over 100 procedures and just had my 21st surgery....So if I put money or assets in a special needs trust I can leave it to my nephews and be exempt from Medicaid recovery if I go on Medicaid?
