I got some clarity from Alura on the "Revenue" here is what they say "The revenue you're referring to is the shop's estimated total revenue from when the shop opened. As you mentioned in your video, Alura provides a calculated estimate, which is based on the information provided from Etsy."
What this tells me is that according to my own shop this number is MUCH lower than the actual revenue. Which is MIND BLOWING to me. Ill be doing an updated video showing the features with the paid plan soon!

I can tell some of these huge shops are run by companies that are probbbbbably paying for lots of ads, and/or they’re Chinese drop shipping things. And they most likely have to pay so many people in order to manage that many orders.
They definitely could be but to me it shows that recession or not, saturation or not that people are buying.
also you are not selling the same thing, that other shop has a lot more overhead( shipping,product,etsy fees, etc..) so he is not banking that much..Can we look at shops oranges to oranges,that sell what you do..

I know I should go to a Facebook group or something for this, but I don't want to lol. I'm trying to do free shipping on just one of my items right now. Is this not possible? I tried to change the shipping on the Etsy seller app but it only gives other options, not free. Anyone know if that's an option? Thanks!
Yes you can! You need to set up a shipping profile that is free shipping and just use that shipping profile for that item! 🥰🥰

How in the world has that shop made over $30,000 a month when they are selling that sweatshirt for $2?! How many listings did they have? How how how 🤬
Etsy is changing so much lately that I’m here learning with you! But if they can do it we can too!
Those numbers are projections and not real.
You even see the “monthly” revenue below in your screen.
So the numbers for your personal shop seem totally wrong according to Alura.
Hi! I have sent over an email to Alura to get some clarification on this because I’m quite curious how it’s calculated on their end.
@@sellingdigital maths. 😊 everbee, eRank, all of those use similar but different (maybe proprietary if they want to sound fancy) formulas. Etsy does not provide these numbers to anyone. So no one will have accurate numbers for people’s actual number and figures.
I track some of my competitors’ daily sales. Manually. Just to infer some info.
