Been dancing since 93 and wasn't impressed. Most of these "airflares" are at such a steep angle, they're almost hand walk-overs or hand hops. There are cats with decent style and decent power today, that's for sure. But the 90s as a whole was fresh af.

Not elbows it's forearms the elbow doesn't even hit the ground. It's actually the main thing to remember is "don't smash your elbow on the ground". It's forearm for rest, hand for spin
