This makes for a fun family science craft or even a school science projects that is focused on animal biomes and habitats. Plus, it won’t break the budget. Make science fun for kids as they can create their own terrarium for bugs, lizards etc.
My sons loves his as he loves to catch all the isopods in and around out yard. Mixed in a few worms, ants and an occasional cockroach. Yuck.
Have fun creating your own mini biomes or mini biosphere. Take a trip to the Dollar tree and have a blast with this kid friendly activity.
