    Dear Nicki, I absolutely love your videos of Argentinia. You give amazing information and a real insight in what to expect from different places. Also you show us lesser known places to the foreign tourist. Thank you for taking the time and effort to provide us with all these valuable things to see and do :)

    Hi Nicki, I love your videos! So joyful, light, inviting- thank you so much for your work! How about vegan food in Argentina? Are there any options? Lots of love , Monika

      @NickiPostsTravelStuff  Год назад

      Thank you so much, Monika! :) In Buenos Aires, there are a TON of new vegan and vegetarian restaurants. And even restaurants that do offer meat usually have at least 1-2 vegetarian options. My mom doesn't eat meat and she had no problem finding something to eat at each place we went to. Outside of BA it's definitely possible to find, but there won't be as many options as in BA! :)

    Mendoza is kind of like a southern Portuguese resort town with the weather extremely similar, language and hospitality very similar, wifi coverage very weak but a lot cheaper and much less European tourists but 1900 pesos for a meal very cheap for a resort town. 😊

      Exactly! The only foreign tourists that I saw were me and a couple Brazilians! 😅

    I'm definitely thinking of heading to Mendoza and had to check out this video for activity ideas - yes, thermal baths! Again, I appreciate how thorough your videos are delivered efficiently - ie: cost and logistics. And I love how your recent videos are getting more visually creative while retaining the same practicality. Great job, Nikki! Of the places you've covered in Argentina - your guides are the best I've come across in youtubeland.

      Hi Amorca, you are so sweet, thank you so much! Definitely go to Cacheuta. I loved it. But if I had more time, I would definitely want to book in advance to try the more fancy Cacheuta spa. Enjoy Mendoza!! :)

    A very useful video about Mendoza. Thanks. I thought Mendoza is a little dry region, but the pool has a lot of water. The water looks very clean though it may be a little shallow. I am interested in the swimming pool whenever I visit the new places as I swim 2500 meters everyday. Is Mendoza famous for wine? Sometime ago, we had a certain Argentinian wine here. Thanks.

      Yes, it us a bit dry. It’s similar to Colorado weather. 300 Sunny days per year. The baths were great and some were very shallow, and some were deeper, but none of them could be used for real swimming, especially not 2500m 😅. It’s more just a place to relax. Mendoza is one of the most famous wine regions in the country. Next would be Cafayate.

      @@NickiPostsTravelStuff Resorts are not the sports facilities, Haha. But the water looks so clean. Cafayate looks interesting. Safety is the most important in travelling. I thought there would have been a lot more viewers if you had dealt with the reactions by the people after the world-cup victory. Wish your success in many ways next year. Happy New Year 2023 for you!

    This experience just shows just how far your finances can go in Argentina that just wouldn’t be realistic in America. Even for Australian it’s expensive and the poor health care system to live in America. Now the blue dollar rate is 353 to 357 pesos which is amazing so your content of Argentina is so encouraging for Americans and Aussies to seriously think of visiting this hidden gem. 😅

    • @NickiPostsTravelStuff
      @NickiPostsTravelStuff  Год назад

      Yes, Jose, you're absolutely right!! This was a very affordable (and incredible) experience; much more affordable than anything similar in the US/Aus. Roundtrip bus fare, $1. Entrance, $6. Lunch, $7. Your money definitely goes a lot further in Argentina. Especially now if the blue dollar has increased to 357, wow!!!
