This is the south eastern suburbs of Perth. Started from Southern River and heading to Byford on Tonkin Highway.

I can have the road to my self in certain parts of Australia 🇦🇺 and i can ride at 110 mph on my suzuki gsx 750 for like 15 minutes straight with out slowing down

Looks like a Californian suburb.
A big advantage that most areas of Perth have is the sandy soil not clay. Sandy soil is easier to build on and doesn't flood as readily as clay soil.
