Market Close 25 Jun 24: Best day in 6 weeks

The Aussie market just had its best day in six weeks, reversing all of Monday’s losses in a day of broad-based gains. Energy stocks stood out as some of the best following oil prices higher, while mining and bank stocks also provided a significant boost. Looking ahead, investors await monthly Aussie inflation data set to be released at 11:30am (AEST) on Wednesday.
