I used to go many times to Serifos from `80 to `96 and those last three minutes of the video are special to me, because, they show places where I used to stay for months at a time back when Karavi Beach (named after a sunken boat in the bay) was a hippie-hang-out nudist beach colony where a variety of peoples from all over the world-and greeks- wanderes, traveler's all-would live in small stone settings with bamboo roofs or tents in the seventies and early eighties when Julie and Spiros, who would bring an ice block every morning by boat and would run a basic small shed/roof on poles kind of bar/library with beer and sodas and sometimes local wine on special occasions, situated in the end of the beach closest to town and everyone would join there in the afternoons before going to Livadi in the evenings to dine and visit kafeneons, bars and clubs or even a few discos around. Later on My dad owned a house in Livadakia and lived there 6 months a year, just at the place where this video is filmed from and here we would visit him every summer for many years the whole family and friends-great times! Thank you for posting, a great joy to watch
6:03 It was a very nice coincidence, when you were going up the narrow streets, to hear the wonderful song: "take the old road", the lyrics of which are as follows: Πάρε τον δρόμο τον παλιό / Pare ton dromo ton palio / Take the old road Take the old road the narrow street of the night to embrace tenderly for the bitterness to go away take the old road the narrow street of the night Take the old road which the two of us have found laughter was our home and the sky is ours take the old road which the two of us have found.🙂❤ and at 11:43, when you were coming down from the mountain by bus, the song is heard: "door closed your lips" the lyrics of which are as follows: Who has made the mountains tall like castles, which touch the sky and obstruct my view of the stars. Where are your words and the purity of your heart. Mountains and castles I will climb to take your kisses....❤

Thanks for that, I don't speak Greek so I often wonder what the song is about & if it dosn't fit the video.
