For this brief, the objective was to create a slow burn, dreamy trailer score - reminiscent of A24/Interstellar-style films; something that mimics a dream state, pulls heartstrings, and creations tension, starting with minimal instrumentation, while building up towards maximum emotional impact. I think the shimmery guitars & glassy pianos sell the ‘dreamy’ concept here while the orchestral arrangement with vocals fuel the slow burn.
