There's something about seeing an IRL lap of something I do in AC:C in a GT3 992 and the line and braking/accel points being nearly identical. It's affirming in a way. Amazing video

0:11 I just love it when you are approaching 140mph and you gotta fiddle with the thingy majig a little bit
I think that's his brake bias knob. It controls how much brake pressure goes to the front or the rear, so he was likely adjusting it for the upcoming corner. I could be wrong as I'm not super familiar with the 992 GTS cup cars but that's my best guess

@@revanthvadlamudi No I use the 4k 60fps 8:7, because I need the taller sensor for reels. I think it is no Hyperview.

Well I've been watching your lap time in other courses. And I'm being studying and noting on which gear or speed should I maintain through straights and corners in Spa, before my first lap time in Spa (Assetto Corsa Competizione) I believe it was 2:56.08. After rewatching some of your videos and saw a bunch of mistakes I've made through my lap times, so I tried to fix those mistakes with this singular video. And it actually improved over the past weeks, my most fastest lap time was 2:34.40 recently. Thank you Dirk for giving me tips even though you don't actually included some tips in this video!

Now that looks stable.
Its amazing watching this video after sim racing on the same track with similar GT3 cars! Only one lap and I noticed a few spots where I could get on the gas earlier to shave off a little bit of time! I still managed a 2:21.5 in the virtual track in a Z4 GT3 which is probably about the same as this lap

You know these cars are blindly fast but watching these gives you a true appreciation of how fast and mental F1 cars are. Makes these look slow as molasses when they're taking the turns at such slow speeds, relatively speaking.

I’ve driven on that raceway, years ago while in the ARMY…We actually drove our vehicles on part of Francorchamps racetrack while on an exercise there! Looks like it’s been majorly upgraded since that time many years ago!? 🏁
It has undergone some major changes to the runoff areas, widening them and adding gravel traps everywhere to accommodate Endurance Bikes, especially around Turn 1 all the way up to Radillion.

Tried the 992 on acc clearly lack of grip and downforce compare to the others GT3 cars.
Understeer a lot but I did managed to pull out a 2.26 laptime with a few tweaks with the downforce and brake balance
