Gosh I want to do a getaway like this so badly...it looked heavenly!!We use our phones way too much...especially my partner who runs his own business from home...sometimes his phone is glued to his hand 🤦🏻♀️ Reading is my absolute favourite thing but even I struggle sometimes and have periods why I just can't concentrate/ get into the mood ❤

I’m practicing not charging my phone on weekends, I just let the battery die completely and when I have the urge to pickup and scroll I have to wait at least a minute or so until it charges to some point. and usually this minute breaks the cycle and I have some time to think whether I really need my phone right now or is it just the addiction again
Being self employed I find it hard to switch off,then on Facebook looking into business advice then on vinted! But going away and turning phone off in an emergency need to be contacted but I’ve no excuse sitting on my sofa with phone constantly….
