His response was again to threaten to tases me if I don't stop and talk to them, which I just did, so, I was being threatened to be tased for being cooperative. Again, bad Idea to talk to the police, especially about whatever they are asking, so, after sitting down, since the guy was wearing a badge claiming to be a veteran, I asked him simple questions, has he been to Washington, D.C.? What do you do at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier? Stuff that even a JROTC student should have the answer to, but this USMC veteran didn't know anything about Drill & Ceremonies, and D&C is the core of our training. Even in peace time (which is rare for the U.S.), while there is no combat training then, the training at Basic/Boot would still be all D&C, and this guy didn't know any of it. And then when I finally got my POS "Public Defender" to give me the police reports I requested for over a year, the officer only wrote in their police report saying I was rambling incoherently, talking about the end of the world and some other stuff he couldn't understand. ….Amen…ABSOLUTELY.
It's to make the person they are arresting look bad. In my second arrest, since it's a bad idea to talk to the police, I had a gang of them show up on me, all I had was the clothes on me, because of something that was going on, I wasn't in a good mood and was heading back to my car barefoot, so I didn't even have shoes to use as a weapon. This one with a USMC veteran badge over his name tape had his TASER pointed at me and told me to stop and talk to them or he'll tase me, so, I literally stopped walking, turned around, and told him "Fine, but I'm sitting down, my feet hurt." and turned to go sit on a ledge very, very close by. They gotta escalate it to make you look bad.

b) The person is in public.
c) The person is acting in a manner that is disturbing or threatening to others or oneself.
d) The person’s behavior is a key component to determining whether the person is intoxicated in most cases.
e) The determination of what actually constitutes “being in public” is made by the court in the specific case.
