@@MrCaprisun2099 That is the perfect response to OCD! 👏 Sounds like you’re doing amazing, my OCD was almost all mental as I got older. Thanks for watching my videos! 😊 Xx
@@AdrienneFollini Hi sorry for the delay, I do feel when going through a bad period with OCD the medication helps me get back on track with doing the work needed to keep things under control. Although I’ve done fine without medication in the past too, I think it depends on what is going on in my life. Stressful situations tends to bring my OCD & anxiety to the surface but I’m better at noticing when that is happening now. Thanks for watching! 😊❤️ Xx
@@mariacristinaantiniw1497 Hi I’m going to be setting up an email for @stuckinthemud very soon. So please check back on my home page, I look forward to you reaching out! 😊❤️🫶 Xx
Hello there all of youre videos are a massive help to me . I suffer from false memory ocd and have for a really long time now. Is their a way of you privately messaging me on youtube with the therapist that worked best for yourself many thanks
@@WilliamNixon-m7f Hi, I’m so happy to hear my videos are helping you. False memory OCD is tough to deal with but it does get easier once we understand the tricks OCD plays on us to keep us hooked into the lies. My therapist was through the NHS & she works regionally (Manchester, UK), everything I talk about on my channel is the work she did with me so I hope that my experience continues to provide you with the tools for your recovery. I wish you all the best, Kirsty. 😊 Xx
