      Thanks for watching our Video.
Birding opportunities are really good inside the resort premises. We have spotted more than 20 species just around the campus area.
Below are few commonly seen birds in and around Bandipur JLR property
      - Red Avadavat (Red Munia)
      - Scaly breasted Mumia (nesting)
      - Tri colour munia
      - Malabar Grey Hornbill
      - Spotted Owl
      - Tickell's Blue Flycatcher
      - Red breasted Flycatcher (Winter visitor)
      - White Browed Bulbul
      - Green Bee Eater
      - Coppersmith Barbet
      - White-cheecked Barbet
      - Greater Coucal
      - Asian Koel
      - Rose Ringed Parrakeet
      - White Bellied Woodpecker (Inside the Forest during Safari)
      - Streak Throated Woodpecker (Inside the Forest during Safari)
      - Black Rumped Flameback (Inside the campus as well as forest)
      - Brown Fish Owl (Inside the Forest during Safari)
      - Racket tiled Drongo (Inside the Forest during Safari)
During our Visit in the month of April’21, in the late-night hours, we Spotted a Civet Cat very close to our Cottage.
If you are really lucky, just right opposite to the JLR main entrance there is a big rock formation, you may get to see leopard on top of those rocks. Though we haven’t seen any 😊
