Disassemble this machine.
A metal cleaning cream is applied to give it a deep cleaning.
For the most oxidized parts it is necessary to help with a metallic brush.
A grease is applied to the screws and the machine is moved.
The sausage funnel is cleaned.
Also the interior parts where the food would go are thoroughly cleaned with a manual dishwasher and once dry it is greased with sunflower or olive oil.
The outer part is waxed by rubbing quickly with a cloth.
The wooden part is cleaned with a specific product and then waxed, although it can also be varnished.
And that's it!
Although it is a collector's item, it can always be reused for its original purpose.
