Thanks for pointing this out. Maybe they were wet I'm several years younger than President Biden, and when I go to our local library, I always take the stairs, although there's an elevator. I do it because it's good exercise. When I leave, I walk down the stairs (there are a lot of them) and carefully take one at a time to make sure my foot lands on the next one. Anyway, aircraft stairs are narrower than the average staircase, at least in my experience. They're more like ladder rungs.

Biden has helped me a great deal. I've been able to get health insurance I can afford, for the first time in 7-years, and my student loan payment is now completely manageable, and we've actually gotten tax refunds, which we didn't under trump. I know, he's old, but honestly, I think he's been the most effective president in my lifetime, and that's a pretty long time. I wasn't thrilled when he tossed his hat in the ring, but he has done a much better job than I thought he would. I guess what I'm saying is, please stop making so much fun of him.

Roosevelt dimes are still contemporary. You meant MERCURY dimes. My grandmother always gave us a few Mercury dimes around 1964/5. It was the first time I bought myself something, being coached how it works. You could get TWO THICK HERSHEY BARS for 10 cents in 1964 (I was 3). So I learned to love those Mercury dimes. Unfortunately I spent them. (They were made of solid silver!)

Many years ago, I left my apartment to drive to work, my apartment being across the street from a hotel where President Ford was speaking. I didn't think anything of it, took my regular route, but then I noticed that bit by bit, there were more and more people lining the streets, there were no cars on the road other than mine, and no one was stopping me or directing me off. Somehow, the Secret Service had failed to close off the access to the route the president's motorcade was taking to the airport that led from my apartment complex. I made the turn onto the street where my office was just in time - in my rearview mirror I saw the motorcade go by where I had turned off. I never heard one word about the fact that I had "breeched" the president's route.

It DEPENDS. Actually it can. But the judge can only recommend to the government agency(s) that the fine/fee/debts be dissolved. Technically you're correct, but a court judgement and referral can help/hurt. The judge can recommend IRS garnish revenue. IRS has to make it happen.
