I love how perfect Gaara's redemption is. He was hated by so much cause he injured one of everyone's favorite characters, then comes in to protect him and fight alongside him. For the sake of the character we all love, Naruto. Also just love Shikamaru and Temari dynamic
Sasuke retrieval arc has to be the best of part 1. You get all the epic 1:1 fights of the retrieval team, drunken fist Lee, and then the Sand Siblings showing up at the end to save the day? Naruto vs Sasuke at the end is just the cherry on top. Incredible anime right here
This arc sure has the most epic moments o Classic Naruto but we can't deny that's also full of fanservice. - Lee shouldn't be able to fight at all. - Naruto having Rasengan and using Fox's chakra with his hundreds of Clones couldn't hit a single blow on Kimimaro and then Lee appears weakened and just put up a challenge to him? - How the Sand Brothers got there to help so fast if it's stablished that a travel from Leaf to Sand takes 3 days (for common Ninja) and the Leaf Team was heading opposite to the Land of Wind?
Lee was quite weak in the fight compared to his usual self. Naruto was enraged at being so close to getting Sasuke and losing him again the fox chakra took control also Naruto at this point is MUCH weaker compared to Lee in Taijustsu. The Sand were told where the go and they were no common ninja I mean even during the chunnin exams they beat the second part quicker than any team before. Yes it was all Gaara instakilling those other 3 but still they are not even close to common, I mean Gaare shortly after this became Kazekage while Kankuro and Temari became Jonin in about the 2 years time cut to Shippuden or at least Kankuro became not sure of Temari.
If you recall details from Naruto's story, they used birds capable of delivering messages quickly. For instance, Takamaru, the eagle from the Sand Village, provided information about Gaara's kidnapping. Therefore, Tsunade could directly send quick information using messenger birds

Also it was not rushed, we see him gradually change up to Shippuden from feared, hated, neutral, then well loved, and inspiring on the war arc
