I used to do my pollishing work in the house while watching tv. Last car I built was a z-cars monte carlo. Turbo powered busa. Nice work guys. Looking forward to the next video 👍

A really great outcome of your efforts. It's a prototype time does not matter best job done. Oliver I will now tell you off. Never never ever use a rotary tool or any cutting tool across your lap or inner thighs without a buffer board. Why? one slip can be fatal A main artery resides there you can bleed out quicker than you can say help. Stay safe . I'm awaiting further adventures from you musketeers, all three of you!!!!
Additionally, when using the drill press you really should clamp the work pieces to stop the drill grabbing the piece and injuring your hands, I know because I have done it, more than once. Many wannabee and inexperienced car builders will watch your fantastic videos so please teach good practice.

What pivot ratio did you use on the brake lever ?
I bought a brilliant bias pedal box with cylinders for £250 not that long ago , so not sure where £3500 for one comes from ?
