So funny how this anime has been trashed due to that first panty scene (when the younger generation does not understand the back story of Fuuka & her parents, and furthermore never understand the link between her sprint hurdle move and why that scene is even here) And how it has been trashed for the major difference between the manga and the anime. This anime is really fun to watch if you take time to understand all the small hints & links the mangaka did a few times. Fuuka's parents back story as athletes and hence why the very first hurdle move & why she's aggressively pursued by the athletic track team, the bath house where she lives is also present in Kimi no iru machi (both anime & manga) Glad someone still covers an "old" anime like that, giving it a chance to a newer generation, maybe not aware of the "manga vs anime" drama. 💖 It's not the best musical + romance anime, but still, very fun to watch.
