That "chest" placement at 11:23 is downright mean.
Edit: now that i think about it, placing it anywhere else on that stage might be even worse, because the pulses might have triggered it too. Still, it's the least terrible place to put it rather than the best place to put it.

Can someone explain why the two jetpack guys at 4:18 managed to take off while the others didn't?

It's about their attack interval, i put in fang to soak the damage so caper wouldn't die, but they attacked at a place where it left they with room enough to take off before their next attack that would've made they stop like the one before.
