@@realtymagnet8277 well I am not manipulating anyone here, I m not into this business or I m not going to get commission from anyone,, I already checked with locals three different people's around these areas they clearly said " it's the PROPERTY DEALERS " in uttrakhand who cleverly fools people ,trying to sell lands on Double the price,, local farmers confirms that they are asking more then double the price,, u can ask 10 crores no problem,, For your information people are more advanced now they use nd watch entire social media platforms nd aware of what kind of frauds going on!! Why should people pay crores for a land which is more than 20 to 25 kilometres from main bazar, where they are not going to get monthly rental income, they can buy properties in new greater Noida or new chandigarh area, these are popular areas which is full of amenities and good property appreciation and good monthly rental income!!
