LISTEN! Everyone rivets there lexan windows in. Stop doing this! If you don't know lexan gets scratched up very easy. Just by washing your car it gets scratches in it. Over a short period of time it starts to look really bad! Now that you have riveted your lexan in its going to be a pain in the ass to remove. I wasn't going to deal with this anymore so I installed 5mm thread-sertz to hold all my lexan in place. I even made out of soft rubber window universal gasket material seals I placed under all my lexan. This kept out 99% of the rain, even in heavy rain. Without them as you know your car will become flooded. With the thread-sertz and gasket in place you can also adjust how much pressure the fasteners are putting on your lexan. A huge bonus. I no longer have warped lexan from the use of rivets pressing the shit out of the lexan. Give this a try people. You will be very satisfied with the results.
How does this not have any dislikes. . . I'll be the first. . . Lol In all seriousness, thanks for the video. Even though it's not a tutorial, it gave me ideas on how I'm going to do my rear window for my custom Rx7 FC Coupe conversion
Condor speed shop makes so much for these cars
