That circle strings dread. If I win the lottery this weekend I'm coming out to see you lol its the most beautiful dread I've ever heard and stunning looks
matt, i am curious if: 1. you know of any makers who build that "laskin" style bevel (or perhaps some other similar style ergonomic bevel) into the back side of the guitar, at the inner thigh/treble portion of the waist? and, 2. do you know of other "chair/seated" guitarists (or you, personally) who have the issue of the sharp edge of that area of the guitar digging into the thigh, and after 20 or 30 minutes of meditative/mindless playing, suffer from the leg falling asleep, pins and needles style? or, am i the only person who deals with this problem? thanks, tomás
for anyone curious i finally had time to sit down and at least try to start learning this thing. I also recommend just figuring it out for yourself but I am pretty sure its c g d g b g. thanks matt for always being an inspiration to keep playing!

anyone got a read on the tuning for the very opening song?
Use your ear when he plucks the open strings and find the note on your guitar. Then tune the string to the sound. Slow the video down if that helps.
