Daredevil would be my pick, that way I could still be a part of the Bat-Family. A Spider would be my second pick. Agilty and precognition would be handy. Including the toned body (I already have that but who's counting). Also being a "street" level hero allows me to actually use them.
I would love to have Martian Manhunter powers because he have telepathy, super strength, regeneration, he can turn invisible, shapeshift etc, he has it all.
You did say that we get the 'superman' powers. so how in the hell any one from the government could even stop me or get me into labe? there is two things that can stop superman kryptonite or stronger superman and because we established the fact that im the only one with super powers i dont think they got one of the two...
If had superpowers or power of superman i would ask goverrnment to give me free will unless im going to join there opposing country or gonna destroy all military power of country , this will be much easier if super villans were real too then government will have less interferance and i will have a meanng or goal to do with my powers
