Favourite performance was Melody Angel doing Hey Joe. Super high energy performer who expressed her gratitude for being on the stage .....so wonderful to see her happiness in her performance.
Great festival ....wish we had similar in Toronto.

Who’s the guitarist in Willie Henderson’s Big Bad Blues Band ? Good blues player who can read music? I didn’t know there was such a thing! And is that Bernard Reed on bass?
Yes indeed, that is my Dad on bass, Mr Bernard Reed , the other bass player in the band up front is Larry Blassinger

@@danettereed74 I knew Bernard when he was with the Imperial Flames. If I hadn’t already known his impressive history, I surely never would’ve found out from him! What a kind, humble, talented man.
What an amazing show and the spectacular musicians and singers made it very special ! Mr. Bernard Reed is a legend on Bass and Mr. Larry Hakim Blasingaine is a legend on guitar and we should be thankful for the gift that they are ! We need more shows like this especially in this particular day and time! Great job gentlemen!
@@eugenecrenshaw808 I can't find anything on Mr Blasingaine, tho he obviously has an impressive history. Any ideas?
@@lazur1 He was the late great Jackie Wilson' s guitar player and band director! He was a child prodigy , and he played on the Jackson 5 's first studio recording titled " I'm a Big Boy Now " ! He helped the Emotions, The Artistics, and he played at the Apollo at 11 years of age ! That's my buddy and music business partner ! He's a very humble person too !
