Yes - you can talk to it, and there are a couple buttons on the robot. I'm not quite sure how much you can do. You can also connect it to Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
So robot vacuums are AMAZING for me full time working mom… but I need something for my stairs and I don’t think I should spend $499 on a Dyson stick vacuum just for stairs. What do you suggest ? Also v15 supposedly deep cleans carpets this Roborock has a deep carpet clean setting. Do you feel I ever have to use a handheld vacuum for efficient cleaning ?
Has anyone tested if it is better to vacuum and then mop separately or does the vac/mop setting where it does it at the same time just as effective? I have been doing a schedule where it vacuums and then an hour later it mops thinking maybe this cleans better? Not sure if this has ever been tested or if anyone has user experience.
WOW the vacuum run so silent, i did not hear it make any kind of sound. 9 videos i watch of this robot vacuum and this one and all 8 videos are all lab base testing , no real world testing. i guess i search for a video of real people testing out this cool machine
My S7 MaxV Ultra broke after 9 months. It was flooding my floor when at the station. I couldn't find from where. ANd the store, rather then repair, made a refund, which annoys me in a way because I loved the camera feature to keep an eye on my pet. Now I have to buy the S7 Max Ultra instead. Not ready to move to the S8 given I have plenty of replacement parts for the S7 ! What a waste...

Orange cat is running the show here
Cat is definitely going to murder the vacuum when it's alone.

Hi! It can be controlled withouth phone?
Yes - you can talk to it, and there are a couple buttons on the robot. I'm not quite sure how much you can do. You can also connect it to Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
The water tank in robot is not detachable. Will it not cause any odor later on??? Since you cannot clean the tank???
The tank is internal. So far no issues. However, you could use a tiny bit of vinegar or vacuum detergent.
What about cat vomit, how have you adjusted around this inevitability? I assume you can’t put it on a schedule
There's no robot that's going to deal with cat vomit too effectively. Especially if it's a hairball. You can schedule this Roborock.
Thats a fantastic video. I did see you putting some detergent inside the water tank, right? Can we do it without tampering with the q7 max ultra?
Yes - I used a cleaner specifically made for robot vacs amzn.to/3RgvZNp
@@vacuumnerds thanks a lot!
Is it worth it
I love it because I have a 3 floors and fur everywhere. You gotta choose what's best for your situation though.
It's 2,300 Canadian dollars. My opinion is: Not even remotely close to worth is XD

I really want one that does stairs
I don't think there's anything on the market yet that does stairs. I saw some prototype, but I'm not sure if it's out yet.
@@vacuumnerds yeah, it's still a while away 😭
What is better shark or dyson?
I'm personally a Dyson fan. More replaceable parts, batteries and simple construction.

It's probably more effective to vacuum then mop, but I'm not sure how much difference there will be.

Where has Ryan been??
Ryan won’t be on the channel as often. He lives in a different State
@vacuumnerds oh man! I love you, and I love him too. The two of you are awesome!! Tell him "Hi"
Thanks! He'll be back ;) He runs a health channel so he's busy with that.
This or dreme L10s
This is a better robot than the L10. It's also more expensive.
