Hi Nathan, my names Archie and Im from the UK. Thanks so much for all of your content, I got into SEO 1 year ago and learnt by watching your videos on your channel and on SEM Rush. Im going to niche my SEO services into the construction and property service niche so I'll be continuing to watch more of your content to keep learning. I also saw a guy in my gym wearing a rankability polo shirt! Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more of your videos throughout 2025!
I haven't started implementing the strategy, and it already seems as if it's going to help me a lot. This is one of the best courses I've ever enrolled.
Thank you very much Nathan. Really appreciate you sharing something like this for free. I really want to take you course . I have learnt digital marketing completely through self study using free resources and websites such as search engine journal. Unfortunately , financial constraints has really forced me to postpone my plan , though I hope to take your course and learn advanced methodologies. Till then I will try to keep myself updated. Thank you very much for all the content and tips you share, your content has helped me to provide for my family and I am sure there are thousands or more out there. My heartiest and heartfelt thanks. 😊😊
Trying to get into the SEO game myself, or at least improve my knowledge of the processes involved, so a big thank you for this tutorial... I've just started watching and a few minutes into it it is already very informative. Thanks again from Scotland.
fantastic resource for understanding the latest trends and techniques in search engine optimization. It covers everything you need to know to stay ahead in the evolving SEO landscape. Make sure to apply these insights to your strategies and keep experimenting to achieve the best results
For an ecommerce site, my important keywords are all my best products or all my products. Since I have already chosen certain words that represent my niche! One Man Shows SEO Tactics with 3,000 Products 😅
Hi Nathan, I just came across your channel since I am changing careers. You share really helpful insights to get my work on the next level. I just bought your book on Amazon :D! Thank you very much! Greetings from Germany!
1:04:54 Saying that it put considerable load on the server might be an overstatement. If 301 redirects are handled efficiently by the code and database, it should not pose an issue, even on a larger scale. There would have to be a serious flaw in the implementation for it to noticeably slow down load times.
I'm doing an audit for a client who has a global site and a lot of regional sites too. They have very little existing opportunities. Would this video still apply? Where would you start/what approach would you take instead?
Can i also reverse engineer competitors domain keywords and then steal their traffic by coming up with better content and also running the ads were possible
Hi Nathan, awesome video! i purchased your book and the templates (they are awesome). just one question i have is around the "Backlinks" Sheets. could you explain what you mean by the "Organic Traffic column", you have them separated under 10k-20k, 20-100k, 100k+. Is this the total traffic for the referring domains or backlinks that you have broken up into segments?
It's a way to see the quality of the backlinks that your competitors have. So if they have many backlinks from strong websites with traffic, then you'll need to model them
Thanks for thr helpful video. Would this overall process work for an e-commerce store? It seems there's not much intent mismatch. Most of the keywords points to the correct page (product pages). So this would mean improving the product pagest they already have? And not create blogs, correct? Or maybe i would need a different strategy in prioritizing which what keywords to write blog articles for?
Sorry, final question. I've followed your previous teachings on going for low hanging fruit keywords with low KD and enough search volume, with success. That approach seems to have been abandoned in this video. Any reason? I've gone from being clear about what makes sense to unsure on the best appraoch.
Still a solid approach, but identifying opportunities based on position is only stage one. I focused on part two in this video (analyzing intent and prioritizing keywords based on revenue potential)
Hello, I have a question to ask. If a website has 250 articles and it deletes around 150 articles. Then it will crash, I know, and I have crashed my site. It has been six months, and I have written all those articles again, but nothing is working out. Now, I want to know if I write new blog posts with high quality, then will it get recovered or what will be your strategies if you get in this kind of problem. It is my first website, and I want to recover, please tell me your thoughts on this. Site's authority is around 7 and have good backlinks as well. One more thing I want to share with you. The articles only show up if they are searched in this format: Keyword/Title + Domain name.
Where can I get these Google sheets templates etc? I'm trying to make this from scratch but I don't know how after you've made your importance dropdown you get the Critical, High, Moderate etc to change when you filter your keywords by green. How does the dropdown know how important each keyword is?
Does this include the other tabs in the Google sheet? I'm not looking at the RD yet. Just working on the Keywords tab and trying to connect my importance dropdown to the keywords. I assume you don't do this one by one?@@nathangotch
in the beginning you said go ahead and paste you domain into ahrefs to get the keywords. I thought you are suppose to enter your keyword instead of domain?
How would I follow these steps if ....I´m brand new with only 25 blogs, don't ranking with anything yet (tho working towards it) on ahrefs there is zero data for me to analyze...no results for keywords so nothing export. Or am I just too much of a beginner for this?
Hey Nathan! You put so much effort into your every video and it shows 🔥 Well, am learning local SEO but not sure if I will be able to land clients from countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, etc Because in my country, SEO pay is very low Will that work?? Or will that be too hard? Thanks
There are many international SEOs who land clients in the US. The only limitations are those that you assign to yourself. Yes, it can work if you're willing to see it through.
Hey Nathan, Just Subscribed to the channel.. I haven't watched the whole video yet, however, I do have a question. What if the site isn't established as yours, a new site give or take 6 months old?
Thank you! If you don't have an existing keyword profile, then the fastest way to build a keyword database is through using keyword gap tools with Semrush or Ahrefs.
Hey, bought your book and tools - great sutff! I had a few questions about video embeds in blogs. Is it recommended to add an embedded video in a blog post if it is relevant to the topic, or should you let it rank on RUclips without adding it to the blog? I've found that adding a video embed to a blog doesn't really index, and it slows down the blog page significantly... any thoughts on this?
You said when assessing which are important Keywords you should pick Keywords that are likely to make you money. Are Transactional Keywords the most important Keywords that should be given preference since they are most likely to generate revenue.
😂 The same thing I still have not yet finished the settings and design of my blog, but I collected some important keywords, but the disaster is that I do not know how to use them correctly. 😂
You can do it to your competitors' site, try to do some of these steps in taking their site as an example, maybe you wont be able to do all the steps here but you will definitely get some idea 💡
There are many variables, but hosting, images, and lack of caching are a few of the biggest factors that weigh a site down. I use a combination of Siteground (+ it's plugins) and Generatepress to attain high speeds
I think an expert seo, dont need likes for this video, because he have good seo! 😅🤓 If you have good seo, you no longer depend on algorithms!...That's what this video sounds like
Gosh, I'm so overwhelmed by the amount of information, the amount of work that I need to put into my own business to rank and convert leads into sales, and the lack of skills I have to implement this. Total downer, why even bother trying!
You should have tried to to make this video mobile friendly, I mean trying to zoom in and out to highlight what you are showing. Another think, This video isn't for beginners, cuz those tools you are using are not free and if someone is new to SEO, to what extent that person is going to pay for those kind of stuff? Watching this video would be a waste of time
That is true in some instances, but not for every keyword. The intro should be contextual to the keyword. If someone is searching "what time is it in St Louis," you should give the answer right away. But a keyword like "how to start an SEO business" is not a simple, transactional answer and establishing credibility is critical.

Set the video iFrame to loading lazy that'll help. Videos can help with rankings because people will stay on the page longer to watch the video
