The US Open is the final Grand Slam tournament of the year and takes place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Centre. The 2023 US Open saw Serbia’s Novak Djokovic and USA’s Coco Gauff claim the men’s and women’s singles titles. It was Djokovic’s 24th Grand Slam title and Gauff’s first Grand Slam title. The 2024 US Open main draw is scheduled to go ahead between August 26 - September 8. So glad to see US Open pay tribute to the king on his final season... Australian Open didn't even bother to make something special for him after he withdrew from the tournament, they couldn't care less it was most likely his last time in Australia... Vamos!
Is not 100% sure that is his final season. Im sure that they will do something when he retires
@@Luiz-nb3uz , honestly, I'm still not able to understand why some of you refuse to accept this might very likely be his last season, given his current physical condition and how many times he has leaned towards the fact it might be his final year on tour.
They could've done something while he was still in Melbourne, if you really believe he'll ever come back there, then you are a bit blind. 😀

Djokothird was 3rd when they were young. Seing him losing in a GS final to Nadal before 2015 was nothing surprising. Djokothird is really only better when everbody is finished and old.

By far the best tournament Nadal played in his career outside of clay. And is bealtiful how gracious Djokovic was in defeat.
Not sure I'd say by far. It's up there for sure but 2009 AO and 2012 AO are definitely in contention as well.
@@ashleythomas4112 for me the biggets diference is the serve. In the rest i agree that he played amazing in these events, but the serve in the 2010 us open is completely higher. And event in the rest of the things I think 2010 us open is higher, maybe not by far
